Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within [30] days of your first paid charge.
- The guarantee applies to your first payment on a new account, monthly or yearly.
- Renewals, upgrades after the first [30] days and accounts terminated for breach of our Terms are not eligible, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email billing@fcanalytics.com from the address on your account, with your store name and the reason for leaving if you are happy to share it. We process approved refunds within [5] business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel at any time in your account settings. After the guarantee period, cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
